I, , hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below regarding the arrangement between myself and Dropify, by SIMPLETRADE VENTURES OPC effective as of April 1, 2024:

I understand that I am not registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) as a sole proprietor, and use Dropify, by SIMPLETRADE VENTURES OPC, its name in all documents and correspondences to conduct business in the selected e-marketplace operator.
I acknowledge that Dropify, by SIMPLETRADE VENTURES OPC will provide me with a commission for the goods I sell on their behalf.
I understand that 10% of the commission earned by me will be withheld by Dropify, by SIMPLETRADE VENTURES OPC for remittance to the BIR.
I acknowledge that once my gross remittance exceeds PHP 500,000, I am obligated to transition and register independently with the BIR.

I hereby confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions stated above.
